You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and purchase any service. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

All fees for minting and ancillary services are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are due in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
We do not store your credit card or banking information. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time you initiate a transaction is the price you will be charged for that transaction.
You acknowledge that the cost of minting on a public blockchain involves network gas fees and token costs that fluctuate based on market conditions. Our listed price incorporates our estimate of these costs at the time of listing. Any excess cost absorbed by us is our responsibility; any shortfall between our listed price and actual blockchain costs is also our responsibility and will not be passed to you post-payment.
Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. By proceeding with payment and authorizing a mint, you acknowledge and accept this irreversibility. Refunds will not be issued for:
In the event that a minting fails solely due to our operational error and a blockchain transaction was never confirmed, we will, at our sole discretion, either retry the mint or issue a refund of your payment. We are not responsible for failed mints caused by blockchain network congestion, gas estimation errors, or other factors outside our direct control.
Address availability shown in our search tool reflects the state of the blockchain at the time the query is executed. Blockchain state changes in real time. There is no guarantee that an address displayed as available will remain available between the time of your search and the time your payment is processed and the minting transaction is submitted.
In the rare event that an address becomes unavailable after your payment has been collected but before our minting transaction is confirmed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. This is the sole remedy available in such circumstances.
We do not guarantee exclusive hold or reservation of any address pending payment processing.
You are solely responsible for the security and control of any cryptocurrency wallet you associate with or use in connection with services obtained through this Site. We have no ability to recover lost wallets, seed phrases, private keys, or NFTs transferred to incorrect addresses.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your wallet credentials.
The terms RWAddress™ and RWAddr™ are proprietary trademarks of RWAddress™. All content on this Site, including text, design, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the exclusive intellectual property of RWAddress™ and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without prior written authorization.
Your purchase of a minting service does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the RWAddress™ or RWAddr™ marks, the Site content, or the underlying service methodology.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RWAddress™, its agents, affiliates, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use this Site or any service offered herein, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or any service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
